The Spalding County Sheriff's Office Administration Division is responsible for administering the budget, training, purchasing, open records, grants, and disseminating information to the public.
    The Administrative Division manages all aspects of the budget. This includes purchasing for the agency. Administrative employees are among the first to encounter the public when they visit the agency. The training section is responsible for both coordinating training for the deputies and staff and instructing various training topics throughout the year. Open records requests are also received and processed by administration staff.
    The Administration Division also manages all aspects of social media and provides information to the press.
